1. What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small file placed on your device when you visit a website. Some are indispensable to running the service; others (audience measurement, advertising) require your prior consent. Browser local storage (localStorage) serves comparable purposes and is treated here with the same transparency.
2. Our approach
To date, Best Crédit uses only cookies and storage strictly necessary to run the service. No advertising cookies. No audience measurement. Should a measurement tool ever be introduced, it will only be triggered after your consent, collected through the preferences banner.
On your first visit, the banner lets you accept all, reject all or customise — all three options with the same simplicity. Continuing to browse does not by itself constitute consent. Your choice can be changed at any time via “Manage cookies” in the footer.

3.2 Audience measurement (subject to consent)
No tool deployed to date. This category exists in the banner so that any future tool is gated by your choice from the moment it is introduced — never enabled by default.
3.3 Advertising
No advertising cookies, neither today nor planned. Best Crédit neither sells nor rents any personal data.
4. Managing or deleting
- On Best Crédit: “Manage cookies” (footer) reopens your preferences at any time.
- In your browser: you can delete the site's cookies and local storage (settings → privacy). Deleting essential cookies signs you out and displays the banner again.
5. Updates
Any change (introduction of a measurement tool, new storage) will be reflected here before it goes live, with consent collected where required.
