Best Crédit — Presentation for funders
Best Crédit · best-credit.net · September 2026 · STE YASA DE DEVELOPPEMENT DIGITAL SARL.
In one page
Best Crédit brings credit demand to you, qualified and targeted. Borrowers — Tunisian individuals, professionals and companies — post their financing need on the platform: amount, term, structured purpose, governorate, declared monthly income (annual turnover for legal entities), supporting documents uploaded. Your team browses a market of anonymised requests filtered by your own criteria, expresses interest in the relevant files, obtains — upon the borrower's decision — the declared information and then the full file, submits competing offers, and concludes off-platform with the borrowers who choose you.
Three principles underpin trust on both sides: tiered confidentiality (you see only what the borrower opens to you — and they alone decide), traceability of every access decision, and complete gratuity for borrowers — which is what feeds the flow.
Who can join the platform
Access to the market is restricted to any financing institution that has passed our KYB verification. Your members' accounts (admins as well as analysts) use a professional email address — Best Crédit may delete accounts using a non-professional address. Eleven families are welcomed: State-owned bank · Private bank · Islamic bank · Investment bank · Offshore bank · Leasing company · Microfinance institution · State-owned SICAR · Private SICAR · Investment fund · Insurance company.
Borrower profiles — a structured request, never an empty file
Eleven profiles structure the request, and each one imposes its own supporting documents: no request reaches your market without a phone number verified by SMS, a declared income (monthly, or annual turnover for legal entities — the student is exempt: their guarantor carries the repayment capacity) and the profile's complete document set — all frozen at submission (what you assess does not change afterwards).
| Profile | Documents required |
|---|---|
| Retiree (CNSS – CNRPS) | pension certificate · bank statement |
| Private-sector employee | payslip · employment certificate · bank statement |
| Public-sector employee | payslip · employment certificate · bank statement |
| Student (guarantor mandatory) | student card · guarantor's file (no copy of any identity document) |
| Trader | trade licence (patente) · CNSS certificate · bank statement |
| Craftsperson | trade licence (patente) · CNSS certificate · bank statement |
| Liberal profession | trade licence (patente) · professional body certificate · bank statement |
| Tunisian living abroad | proof of income abroad · bank statement |
| Company | articles of association · tax identification · financial statements · bank statement |
| Startup | articles of association · Startup Act label · business plan · bank statement |
| Community company | articles of association · tax identification · financial statements · bank statement |
The official public documents — ID card, passport, commercial register extract — are not collected (circular no. 5 of 2 September 2026): Best Crédit collects neither identity documents nor identity numbers: the institution that needs them asks for them through messaging — which opens as soon as an access (summary or full file) is granted to you, or after your offer.
Each profile may moreover only request the credit types consistent with its nature: individuals (including Tunisians living abroad) — consumer, vehicle, mortgage, renovation, education; students — education, consumer, vehicle; self-employed professionals — all nine types; legal entities — working capital, equipment, investment and leasing. (The bank statement — and, for legal entities, the articles of association and tax identification — is included in the file when provided, without conditioning submission: an unbanked borrower or a company being formed remains admissible.) A request that reaches you is therefore credible by construction.
Your targeting (⚙️ My Filters) operates precisely on these profiles — and “all” automatically includes those that join the catalogue in future.
Your onboarding (4 steps)
- Contact: contact@best-credit.net — presentation, agreement, KYB documents.
- KYB verification by the platform; your organisation is created.
- First member onboarded (role ⭐ super admin — a single one, the governance lead of your organisation) — their Best Crédit account must already exist (standard, free sign-up, code by email and phone verified by SMS).
- Full autonomy: your super admin manages the team themselves (👥 Team page) and the organisation's targeting (⚙️ My Filters page); they delegate by creating admins and analysts — and can restrict each member to their governorates (funnel assignment: nobody delegates beyond their own scope; an admin's view of the team is likewise limited to the members of their governorates, the super admin seeing everything). The platform no longer intervenes (except to transfer the super admin role, on request).
Your team: three roles
Analyst — works the market: views requests, requests access, submits offers, exchanges through messaging. Admin — all of that, plus team management: adding members (whose account must exist), promoting, demoting or removing admins and analysts. ⭐ Super admin — a single one, created by Best Crédit at onboarding: all of that, plus governance — the organisation's targeting filters (⚙️ My Filters) rest with them alone; they can be neither removed nor changed from the interface (transfer and succession: platform operations, on request). These operations are sensitive actions: if two-step verification (2FA) is enabled on the account, it is required — and the super admin can require it across the organisation (Security section of the Team page; they must have enabled it themselves first): a member without a verified factor must then enable it before regaining the market, offers, messaging and the team. Every team change is notified to the person concerned. After acceptance, the winning funder may send the borrower — after a preview, if they wish — a credit notification summarising the agreed terms and recalling that acceptance is not yet the contract — the super admin can enable or hide this feature for the whole organisation. The organisation remains responsible for the members it authorises.
The market and your targeting
Every published request appears as an anonymous card: reference, borrower profile, financing type, preferred financing regime (conventional, Sharia-compliant, or no preference), amount, term — and, where the borrower has declared it, the total cost of their project together with the financed share requested: the own contribution can be read at a glance —, purpose, governorate and its delegation (official La Poste Tunisienne register) — never the identity, never the documents, never the income. The ⚙️ My Filters page (shared by your team, editable by your admins) targets this flow on six criteria: borrower profiles, credit types, financing regime (a preference within your institution's capacity — it narrows your market, never widens it), targeted governorates (the delegation follows its governorate), minimum amount, minimum monthly income — plus a minimum annual turnover specific to legal entities. Ticking everything means “all, including profiles added in future”; the market applies your choices immediately and displays them transparently.
Out of scope: honour loans (قرض على الشرف — Decree no. 2026-148 of 23 July 2026) remain handled exclusively on the banks' own platforms; the Best Crédit market publishes none, and a permanent notice recalls this under the site header.
Two financing regimes, one single market
The market hosts conventional and Islamic finance side by side. Your organisation carries a regime — conventional, Islamic, or Islamic window (you serve both) — set with the platform at onboarding; the market presented to you follows that regime — your admins can refine it from ⚙️ My Filters, within that capacity and never beyond — and requests display their own. A conventional offer carries a credit rate (nominal) and a processing fee — whose effective rate excluding insurance is pre-checked against the BCT caps; a Sharia-compliant offer carries a contract and never a rate: commercial ones — Murabaha, Ijara, Musawama or Istisna'a — with a margin agreed upfront, whose effective rate excluding insurance is pre-checked against the same caps; participative ones — Musharaka, Mudaraba — with profit sharing, no guaranteed return, outside the scope of the rate check; and Qard Hassan, a benevolent loan with no margin. All offers with a schedule, whatever their regime, are compared by the borrower on the same quantity: total cost — participative offers are presented separately, with terms set by contract. The Sharia compliance of your offers rests with your institution's board — Best Crédit routes and compares, but issues no religious opinion.
The access scale — the borrower decides, always
- 👀 Express interest: the borrower is notified; you stay on the anonymous card until they decide (⏳).
- Declared summary (if granted): country of residence, income currency, scheme where applicable, declared monthly income — or the annual turnover for a legal entity.
- 🔐 Full file (same mechanism): identity, contact details, guarantor and documents in read-only mode — secure links valid for 48 hours — and never any official public document (ID card, passport, commercial register extract: not collected, circular no. 5 of 02/09/2026 — Best Crédit collects no identity number: the institution that needs one asks the borrower for it through messaging). Sharing documents is the borrower's choice, declined by default at submission: without their consent, this tier cannot be requested (the card says so upfront) — the summary remains available and messaging stays open for you to ask them whatever you need.
Each access applies to your organisation alone, is logged, and remains revocable at any time by the borrower — the platform itself never grants access on their behalf. Access also ends automatically when the request concludes: when it is fulfilled (for the institutions not selected), withdrawn by the borrower, or expired (a request that goes 90 days without a single offer expires by itself).
Offers, decision, conclusion
You submit your offers directly on the request (monthly instalment, conditions); the borrower compares them and exchanges with you through the built-in messaging — which only opens after your offer (no cold outreach). If they accept yours: the full file opens to you automatically, contact details are exchanged, and competing offers are declined. Contracting, signature and disbursement then take place between you and the borrower, off-platform — Best Crédit is an introduction intermediary.
Calculation methods — your offers, computed by the platform
Conventional offer: you declare capital, credit rate (nominal annual, in basis points), term and processing fee (as a rate before tax — the amount follows, computed by the platform) — the platform calculates the rest, server-side exclusively: monthly instalment in constant annuities (monthly rate = credit rate ÷ 12, proportional convention), an exact schedule to the millime (interest rounded on the balance each month, final instalment clearing the balance), canonical total cost = sum of the actual instalments + fees. Every conventional offer is checked at source against the BCT excessive-rate caps (Law 99-64, published half-yearly, administered on the platform): the verdict is logged and communicated to you — the regulatory compliance of the offer rests with your institution alone. Commercial Sharia-compliant offer: you declare capital, margin, term and fee (rate before tax) — fixed instalments, calculated by the platform, the last of which clears exactly capital plus margin; no rate is entered or shown to the borrower, but the effective rate excluding insurance of your margin (processing fee included) is computed server-side (exact schedule) and pre-checked against the same BCT caps and logged in the same way — the same transparency, whatever the regime. Participative offer (Musharaka, Mudaraba): capital, horizon and profit sharing — no schedule and no guaranteed return, outside the scope of the rate check; Qard Hassan carries capital and actual fees only, with no margin by construction. Terms follow the regulatory limits by purpose — consumer: 36 months at most; renovation / construction: 60 months at least — applied to requests as to your offers, with server-side refusal to back them. The amounts shown to the borrower are for guidance and comparison — the final contractual amounts rest with your contract, concluded off-platform.
Trust, security, compliance
A platform compliant with the Tunisian personal data protection framework; a confidentiality matrix contracted in our public terms of use and privacy policy; 2FA TOTP available and required for sensitive actions; signed, temporary document links; logging of accesses and decisions; moderated messaging (reports handled by the platform, which never lifts the confidentiality of files).
Terms
Use is entirely free for borrowers — no file fees, no commission; that is a public commitment of the platform. The terms applicable to funders are set by agreement with Best Crédit: write to us.
